Code

The code of this site was written by me. I tried my best to tag it for my own sake and for those who want to check out the source code (right click on the page > view page source or inspect). You can also view the CSS separately here (coming soon). Feel free to take what you need, but please leave behind more than you take. These are some ways in which you can do that:

  • Check out my art site
  • Buy a print from my art shop (coming soon)
  • Commission me for art - see info here (coming soon)
  • Share my art site/shop link in your site
  • Leave a nice message in my guestbook (coming soon)

Assets

Due to the experimental and hobbyist nature of this site, not every asset it made by me. In fact, most of them are made by other creators. I've compiled a list of them to share their awesome work with you. If you're one of the creators and would like me to remove your credit or link, for whatever reason, please contact me via email and mention that it is for my personal website KaijuLeaf.

  • The crumpled paper background was made by Marjan Blan and published via Unsplash.
  • The font for the "KaijuLeaf" Japanese logo is titled "Rampart One." It was made by Fontworks Inc. and published via Google Fonts.
  • ASSET by USER via SITE.
  • ASSET by USER via SITE.

Inspiration

Additionally, this website wouldn't exist without other sites that inspired it or whose code has helped me understand how something works or should be formatted. I've compiled them here as well. Once again, feel free to email me if you want yours removed.

Coding Guides

Finally, while I learned HTML/CSS in MySpace, Tumblr, and college, I wanted to share some of the sites I used to refresh my knowledge, learn new tricks, and verify my code.
